Terms and Conditions Use of the 1b9 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 1b9 ("Platform", "us"). This document governs the use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by 1b9.

By accessing or using any part of the 1b9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms stated herein. These terms take effect immediately upon registering an account or using any 1b9 service.

2 User Eligibility

To use the 1b9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• A citizen or resident permitted to use online entertainment platforms under applicable local laws.
• Not previously declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion programme or gambling-related prohibition list.

1b9 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a minor is found to have used this platform, the account will be closed immediately and all remaining balances will be forfeited in accordance with established procedures.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 1b9 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — are strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• Active Malaysia phone number.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• Bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your valid MyKad or passport. All information you provide is protected by the 1b9 Privacy Policy.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact the 1b9 support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The 1b9 platform supports a variety of local Malaysia payment methods to make your transactions easier:

Deposit: All deposits are processed automatically and funds are typically credited to your account within seconds. The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes after the request is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.

• 1b9 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Any transaction fees charged by the bank or e-wallet operator are the responsibility of the user.
• Funds deposited via certain methods may only be withdrawn through the same method.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

1b9 offers a variety of promotions and bonuses from time to time. Each promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the relevant promotions page. Some general principles that apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-related wins can be withdrawn. This requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Abuse Prevention: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account closed.

1b9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the 1b9 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and fair for all players.

In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game:

• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, the wager for that round will be returned to the user's account.
• 1b9 system records are final in any dispute relating to game outcomes.
• Wins resulting from software bugs or system errors are invalid and will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1b9 platform:

• Registering or managing more than one account.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transferring funds through the platform for illegal purposes.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Cheating, falsifying information, or submitting fraudulent documents during the KYC process.
• Using a credit card or bank account that does not belong to you to make a deposit.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 1b9 customer support staff.

8 Account Closure

Closure by User: You may close your account at any time by contacting the 1b9 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

Closure by 1b9: We reserve the right to close or suspend your account without notice if:

• You have violated any terms set out in this document.
• We suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• You have failed to complete the KYC verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 1b9 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account until the investigation is concluded.

9 Claims & Disputes

If you have any claims or disputes regarding transactions or game outcomes, please contact the 1b9 customer support team within 7 days from the date of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

All claims will be investigated based on 1b9 system records, which serve as conclusive evidence. 1b9's decision upon completion of the investigation is final and binding on all parties.

10 Privacy & Personal Data

1b9 respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, processing and storage of personal data is carried out in accordance with the 1b9 Privacy Policy, which can be referenced at Privacy Policy page ours.

By using the 1b9 platform, you agree that your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and transaction processing.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 1b9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly and without interruption, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from errors or technical disruptions at all times.

1b9 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions or internet connection failures on the user's end.
• Losses resulting from use of the platform that does not comply with these terms.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence.

12 Terms Amendment

1b9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be provided via the platform or your registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except for amendments related to security or legal compliance, which may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the 1b9 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.
